The living space, to begin with, combines modernity and cosiness. Two wooden benches with cushions, facing each other, and a black coffee table await you for your moments of relaxation and conviviality. The television is mounted on the wall above a storage cabinet. The whole is facing a large sliding window opening on the terrace, decorated with blackout curtains. For the meals, a rectangular table and four chairs with a lighted suspension above the table are at your disposal.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped: a 4-burner vitro cooktop, a built-in hood, a built-in 179L refrigerator-freezer, a functional worktop and numerous storage cabinets. The work surface is large enough to cook like at home.
